Job Title: Pharmacist - Call Center Company: Liberty Medical Supply, Inc. Location: Port St Lucie, FL Description: Licensed Florida Pharmacist Responsibilities 1. Make outbound phone calls to doctor offices for prescriptions, information or clarification 2. Take inbound calls from doctor offices 3. Answer patient questions 4. Transfer prescriptions in and out of the pharmacy 5. Verify data entry of prescriptions by technicians for accuracy and appropriateness of therapy 6. Attend various meetings as required 7. Assist with inventory controls -- adding, linking or grouping of medication in inventory 8. Assist with the requests of other departments with regards to a patients order or prescriptions. 9. Take 70-80 Inbound/Outbound calls each day with a goal of obtaining 20-30 verbals each day. 10. Review and address all necessary Drug Utilization Review (DUR) events as deemed appropriate based on patient allergies, medical conditions and medication history. 11. Other duties as assigned by senior management. Qualifications • Bachelor's degree (B.
