Provide technical and clinical information and communicate results of monitoring activities to patients, nurses and physicians regarding contents, utilization, therapeutic actions, possible adverse reactions or interactions of drugs. Responsibilities include interviewing, recommending for hire, and educating employees; planning, assigning and directing work; appraising performance; rewarding and disciplining employees; addressing complaints and problems. Job Requirements: Requires a BS in Pharmacy or a PharmD from an accredited college or university, current RPh license for state of practice. Possess a minimum of three years experience (preferred) in the field of pharmacy preparation of large volume parenterals/enterals and intravenous antibiotic or chemotherapeutic agents.
