Expertise in Kaiser Permanente pharmacy operations for Northern and Southern California. Demonstrated ability to conduct and interpret quantitative/qualitative analysis. Must be able to demonstrate and utilize effective communication, consulting, interpersonal, presentation and project management skills. Ability to write SQL code to pull data, create reports, and perform data-mining tasks. Must be able to work in a Labor Management Partnership environment. Interface with California Division and National Proposal Development to support day to day request for information based on organizational policies and procedures; coordinate with Pharmacy Analytic Services to provide ad hoc data requests as needed; interface with Foundation Systems and communicates benefit code changes to third party payor issues; provide written training information such as newsletters as appropriate. Assist Sales and Marketing staff troubleshooting of pharmacy benefit problems for strategic groups. Manage National rebate requests for network pharmacy contracts; interface with an outside PBM/claims processor to produce timely and accurate results of daily operations; verify eligibility loads, support helpdesk operations and monitor network pharmacy payments; support financial arrangements with KPIC for insurance project lines and support Finance Planning & Operations and Pharmacy Business/Finance with data on network pharmacy utilization. Monitor member satisfaction with network pharmacy services and provide feedback to internal quality review committees. Act as liaison between Kaiser Permanente and state and county programs and agencies (e.g., MediCal, ADAP). Resolve, interpret and clarify issues surrounding policies and compliance. Consistently supports compliance and the Principles of Responsibility (Kaiser Permanente's Code of Conduct) by maintaining the privacy and confidentiality of information, protecting the assets of the organization, acting with ethics and integrity, reporting non compliance, and adhering to applicable federal, state and local laws and regulations, accreditation and licenser requirements (if applicable), and Kaiser Permanente's policies and procedures.
