Monitors all activities necessary to provide for the effective daily operation of the pharmacy department, providing quality products and services to infusion therapy patients. Responsibilities include interviewing, hiring, and training employees; planning, assigning, and directing work; appraising performance; rewarding and disciplining employees; addressing complaints and resolving problems. Requirements Education:BS REQUIRED IN PHARMACY, PHARMD preferred from an accredited college or university. Minimum five years IV experience in an IV alternate site environment or equivalent work experience. For you to be considered for this position you must possess a strong background in Clinical Pharmacy. You must have 5-7 years of progressive clinical and/or home infusion therapy experience. Management Experience in a hospital setting and/or Long Term Care setting will also be a consideration for this position. Minimum of 3-4 years experience in a management/leadership role required. Must be team-oriented, willing to mentor and lead by example. Current CPR certification required if involved with direct patient contact. Excellent oral, written, communication, organizational plus interpersonal skills. This is a TEAM Environment!
