Advanced degree (PharmD, PhD) , ASHP/ACCP accredited Residency or equivalent required. C. Experience: Minimum of 2 year?s post-graduate clinical pharmacist experience in institutional pharmacy; preferably 5 or more years of progressive clinical experience.
