Responsibilities: The primary responsibility of this candidate will be to review Brand name pharmaceutical candidates for regulatory review nationally and/or globally. This will involve but not limited to: Review and perform analyses of medication error issues related to current and proposed prescribing (or ordering) dispensing, and administering arenas. 1. Consult on all aspects of drug information, from product profile to packaging to trade-dress. 2. Consult on market surveys. 3. Communicate with healthcare professionals as well as help to build a network of nurses/experts in trade name approvals and medication errors. Research and consulting effort may also be allocated to the distribution, marketing and approval of pharmaceuticals worldwide. She/he will also provide assistance to market research analysts with pharmaceutical projects. Requirements Education: B.S. in Nursing (BSN), Masters in Nursing (MSN) or Public Health (MPH) or Ph.D. in Nursing, Pharmacy: BS in Pharmacy or Doctorate in Pharmacy (Pharm.D.) Experience: Candidate should have experience in providing root cause analysis of medication errors or sentinel events within a hospital setting. In addition, having experience with drug administration and familiarity with the healthcare system is needed.
