Provides pharmacy staff education on at least an annual basis. Administrative Activities 1. Supervises support personnel in a consistent and fair manner. 4. Demonstrates the ability to prioritize and effectively organize workload and problem-solve. 5. Demonstrates the ability to implement new programs/improvements with minimal supervisory assistance. 8. Publishes in local publications, at least annually. 9. Participates in at least one departmental or hospital committee ESSENTIAL JOB SPECIFICATIONS: 1. Education: Graduation from a School of Pharmacy accredited by the American Council on Pharmaceutical Education with a Baccalaureate or PharmD degree. Post-Graduate Year 1 Residency or equivalent. 2. Licensure / Certifications: Current registration and licensure by the State of North Carolina as a pharmacist. 3. Experience: Direct patient care required, pharmacy department will assess. 4. Essential Technical/Motor Skills: Hand-eye coordination; clear speech; knowledge of computer applications. 5.
