Position Overview:

We are seeking a dedicated Pharmacy Clerk to join our fulfillment team in Honolulu, HI. This is a fully onsite role where you will be responsible for supporting the shipping, packing, and inventory processes of prescription medications. Ideal candidates will have previous experience in a pharmacy or warehouse setting, particularly involving packing and shipping.

This position offers a structured schedule and is part of a collaborative team environment that values accuracy, efficiency, and teamwork.

Key Responsibilities:

• Accurately fill and label prescription medications according to standard operating procedures

• Pack prescriptions for shipment with attention to safety and compliance standards

• Ship orders in a timely and accurate manner

• Ensure the accuracy of dispensed medications before shipment

• Perform inventory-related tasks, including receiving and putting away stock, cycle counts, and removing expired medications

• Replenish workstations and shipping supplies

• Utilize computer systems to manage prescription fulfillment and inventory updates

Qualifications:

• Must currently reside in Honolulu, HI

• Verifiable High School Diploma or GED required

• At least 6 months of experience in packing/shipping in a warehouse or pharmacy environment

• Basic proficiency with Microsoft Outlook, Teams, and Excel

• Strong attention to detail and ability to work in a fast-paced environment

• Comfortable standing and performing repetitive tasks for extended periods

Additional Information:

• Certification is not required for this role

• Training is continuous and includes monthly evaluations to support skill development

• The role is fully onsite with interviews conducted in person
