Pharmacist-In-Charge (Full-Time, No Weekends or Evenings)

Pharmxpress Pharmacy is seeking a driven Pharmacist-In-Charge (PIC) to lead our Tampa location. This full-time role comes with no weekend or evening shifts, providing excellent work-life balance — plus paid holidays and 3 weeks of PTO granted immediately upon hire.

What You'll Do:

• Oversee daily pharmacy operations, fostering a professional and patient-centered environment

• Ensure full compliance with state and federal pharmacy laws

• Drive and coordinate all activities related to obtaining and maintaining multi-state licenses

• Collaborate with staff to streamline processes, increase safety, and identify new business opportunities

• Adapt to changes in the pharmacy landscape to continuously improve how we serve patients

What We’re Looking For:

• Doctor of Pharmacy (PharmD)

• Unrestricted Florida pharmacist license

• No history of suspensions, restrictions, or sanctions tied to insurance programs

• Strongly prefer candidates who already hold licenses in multiple states (especially Texas) or who are eager to pursue additional licensure (with all fees paid by Pharmxpress)
