Acute Pharmacist

• Doctor of Pharmacy (PharmD) from an accredited program.
• Active Wisconsin pharmacist license or eligibility to obtain.
• Previous hospital or clinical pharmacy experience preferred.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills.

As a Clinical Pharmacist, you will ensure the safe, effective, and evidence-based use of medications across a diverse patient population. Working as part of a multidisciplinary team, you will provide medication therapy management, support clinical decision-making, and monitor for drug interactions or adverse effects. Your role will involve direct patient care and provider collaboration to optimize therapeutic outcomes.
