Pharmacy Technician

Hi,

We are looking for an experienced pharmacy technician for a Retail Independent pharmacy , candidates who are familiar with Best rx computer software system is preferable, but full training will be provided, good competitive pay rates, safe easy and convenient location in Bethlehem.(Multi lingual is preferred,English+Spanish).

Pharmacy Technician Job Duties:

• Accurately prepare and distribute patient medications
• Collect accurate patient information
• Call Physicians for Refill Authorization
• Process third party billing claims and assist with prior authorization completion;
• Prepare and Fill Prescriptions
• Work directly with patients to obtain medication histories and reconciliation;
• Brand/Generic Equivalence Knowledge
• Use technology to help maintain accurate patient records, medication inventory, and orders, and;
• Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.
