Director of Operations 

Job Specifics and Requirements:

Area: Central Valley, CA

Education: Pharm. D.

License: California Pharmacist license perferred but not required

Experience Needed: 5 years of experience in a leadership role, particularly in a healthcare setting with prior experience in a pharmacy setting

Schedule: Monday - Friday, 8:30-6pm

Pay: $85.00 - $95.00 DOE

Background/ Drug Requirements: Ability to successfully complete background check, health and drug screen

Director of Operations 

Job Responsibilities:
• Oversee and optimize all operational aspects of the company, including staffing, recruitment, client relations, and internal processes
• Develop and implement strategic plans to improve efficiency, productivity, and profitability
• Lead and mentor a team of operations managers and staff, fostering a positive and collaborative work environment
• Analyze market trends and competitor activities to identify growth opportunities and maintain the company's competitive edge
• Establish and maintain key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure operational success and drive continuous improvement
• Collaborate with the executive team to align operational strategies with overall business goals
• Manage vendor relationships and negotiate contracts to ensure cost-effective service delivery
• Ensure compliance with all relevant laws, regulations, and industry standards in the staffing and healthcare sectors
• Develop and manage the operational budget, identifying areas for cost savings and revenue growth
• Implement and oversee quality assurance programs to maintain high standards of service delivery
• Foster strong relationships with key clients and partners to drive business growth and retention
• Spearhead process improvement initiatives and implement new technologies to enhance operational efficiency
• Manage risk assessment and mitigation strategies for the company's operations
• Develop and maintain emergency response and business continuity plans
• Coordinate with the marketing team to align operational capabilities with marketing strategies and client expectations
• Oversee the onboarding and training processes for new employees and temporary staff
• Conduct regular performance reviews and provide feedback to improve team productivity and engagement
• Represent the company at industry events and conferences to build brand awareness and network with potential clients and partners
