Daily Responsibilities:

• Manage pharmacy operations efficiently and effectively
• Ensure prescription dispensing accuracy and patient safety
• Provide clinical pharmacy services and immunizations
• Advise patients on medication usage and potential side effects
• Handle claims, patient care resolution, and performance management

Required Skills:

• Immunization Certified
• Retail Pharmacy experience
• Bachelor of Science in Pharmacy or Doctor of Pharmacy degree
• Knowledge of Hospital Pharmacy Operations
• Experience in Pharmacy Operations and Clinical Pharmacy Operations

Nice to Have Skills:

• Merchandising experience
• Knowledge of HIPAA regulations
• Counseling skills
• Experience with reimbursement processes

Salary and Benefits:

• Minimum Salary: $110,000.00
• Maximum Salary: $130,000.00
