Pharm406, INC is a locally owned and operated Montana pharmacy services company founded by a pharmacist born and raised in “406 Country.” We proudly serve communities across the state offering long-term care, retail, mobile immunization clinics, and clinical consulting services. Our mission is to improve healthcare access across rural and urban areas alike.

Position Overview

We are seeking a licensed pharmacist to join our growing team. You’ll play a critical role in ensuring patient safety, providing vaccinations, and delivering exceptional care through prescription management and clinical services.

Key Responsibilities

• Accurately fill and dispense prescriptions
• Review prescriptions for drug interactions and appropriateness
• Educate and counsel patients on medication use
• Administer immunizations (including COVID-19 and flu)
• Conduct clinical assessments and monitor patient outcomes
• Comply with all state and federal pharmacy regulations
• Perform compounding tasks as required
• Maintain accurate patient and inventory records

Qualifications

• Active pharmacist license in the state of Montana (or eligible for licensure)
• Experience in retail, clinical, or community pharmacy preferred
• Certified immunizer (or willing to obtain)
• Strong communication and patient-service skills
• Ability to travel within Montana (for mobile clinics, if applicable)
