This is a fast-moving opportunity in the highly competitive DMV marketideal for an experienced hospital pharmacist who is ready to step into a vital clinical role immediately. Assignment Details: Start Date: August 5 or ASAP
Duration: 13 weeks
Schedule: Rotating day, evening, and weekend shifts
Key Responsibilities: Perform accurate order entry and verification of medication orders
Check IV preparations and ensure compliance with sterile compounding standards
Collaborate with nurses and physicians to ensure optimal patient outcomes
Provide clinical support within the inpatient pharmacy setting
Candidate Requirements: Active Virginia Pharmacist License
Minimum of 1-3 years of recent inpatient hospital experience
Proficiency with IV verification and sterile product preparation
Strong understanding of clinical workflows and hospital EMR systems
