Pharmacist PD - Pharmacy - Vineland

MAJOR FUNCTION :

To dispense medications for patients upon receipt of a physician order. To provide drug information to the Medical Staff upon request. To provide quality pharmaceutical services to patients and staff.

QUALIFICATIONS :

Education & Experience:

• Graduate of a College or School of Pharmacy accredited by the American Council on Pharmaceutical Education with a minimum of a bachelors degree required.
• Hospital Pharmacy experience preferred.

Certification/Licensure:

• Maintains licensure in good standing as a Registered Pharmacist in the State of New Jersey.
