26W 7ON/7OFF 1YR/1ST TIMERS OK - Pharmacist - Req 9690 Will position float between units: No Is on-call required? Yes On call during 7 day on shift rotation Are weekends required? Yes Every other weekend Are block schedules required? No What are expected ratios? N/A Special requirements: Pharmacist will staff 7 days on and 7 days off - Wednesday thru Tuesday - Pharmacy Hours are 0700 - 1700 - Take call for orders needing verification after hours on days on - callback pays minimum 1 hour plus standby pay of 2.00/hr.
