Schedule: Monday through Friday, day shifts Key Responsibilities: Function as the working PIC ensuring smooth pharmacy operations Dispense medications accurately and efficiently Provide clinical consultations and collaborate closely with physicians and nurses Oversee pharmacy technicians and manage their workflow Maintain and restock Automated Dispensing Cabinets (ADCs) Ensure compliance with all regulatory and safety standards Desired Qualifications: Current licensure as a Pharmacist Experience as a PIC or in a leadership pharmacy role preferred Ability to work independently in a fast-paced behavioral health setting Strong teamwork and communication skills, especially with clinical staff Detail-oriented with good organizational and multitasking capabilities This position is essential to maintaining quality pharmacy services for a new hospital serving behavioral health patients.
