What You'll Be Doing

Ensure compliance with all pharmacy policies, procedures, and regulatory standards

Review and monitor medication orders for accuracy, allergies, and drug interactions

Prepare and admix intravenous medications following standard protocols

Provide guidance and answer medication-related questions for staff and patients

Maintain strict confidentiality and uphold patient safety standards

Collaborate with healthcare teams while also working independently when needed

Qualifications:

What You Bring

Graduate of a College of Pharmacy accredited by ACPE

Active Michigan Pharmacist license

Experience in a hospital pharmacy setting preferred (or willingness to learn)

Strong attention to detail and clinical judgment

Ability to work both independently and as part of a team
