Daily Responsibilities

• Relationship-Based Care: Build and maintain long-term relationships with patients and their families, providing "first-name" service that chain pharmacies cannot offer.

• Clinical Consultation: Act as a primary resource for drug information for both patients and local healthcare providers in the Rumson area.

• Precision Dispensing: Fill prescriptions with meticulous accuracy and efficiency while overseeing pharmacy technicians to ensure operational excellence.

• Holistic Wellness: Lead Medication Therapy Management (MTM) services and administer immunizations in a comfortable, patient-focused setting.

• Provider Liaison: Collaborate with local private practices and specialists to coordinate seamless transitions of care for our patients.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Education: PharmD or Bachelor of Science in Pharmacy.

• Licensure: Active NJ Pharmacist license in good standing.

• Experience: Strong clinical pharmacy operations skills and a deep understanding of complex drug interactions.

• Certification: Immunization Certified.

• Communication: Exceptional interpersonal skills and the ability to communicate clinical information clearly to a high-profile clientele.

• Patient Advocacy: A background in high-touch patient safety resolution or concierge-style service.

• Regulatory Knowledge: Strong working knowledge of HIPAA and modern pharmacy compliance standards.

• Clinical Versatility: Therapeutic expertise in areas like hormone replacement therapy (HRT) or functional medicine is a plus.

Salary and Benefits

• Annual Salary: $120,000.00 – $160,000.00 (Commensurate with experience).
