About the Role
We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Pharmacy Operations Associate to support daily operations within a pharmaceutical environment in Bartlett, Tennessee. This is a unique hybrid role that blends healthcare, inventory management, and operational responsibilities.
We are preferably seeking a Pharmacy Technician, or someone with a strong healthcare background, who is looking to move into a more independent, operations-focused role.
You will play a key role in ensuring the accurate handling, tracking, and movement of pharmaceutical products while working closely with internal systems and processes.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage daily shipping and receiving of pharmaceutical products
- Verify incoming inventory for accuracy and compliance
- Prepare and process outbound orders
- Create and manage purchase orders (POs)
- Maintain accurate records within the company’s inventory management system
- Monitor and manage inventory levels and organization
- Ensure proper handling and storage of medications
- Maintain compliance with internal procedures and industry standards
- Communicate with vendors and internal team members as needed
Qualifications
- Preferred: Pharmacy Technician experience or healthcare background
- Experience working with medications, inventory, or regulated products
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Comfortable working independently and taking ownership of operations
- Comfortable working with computers, software systems, and learning new tools quickly
- Basic computer proficiency (inventory systems or similar software a plus)
- Ability to manage both administrative and hands-on tasks

Requirements
- Must be able to pass a background check
- Must be able to pass a full panel drug screening

- Active Pharmacy Technician license (or previously certified)
- Experience in a pharmacy, wholesale, or distribution setting
- Familiarity with inventory systems or logistics workflows
