Provide mentorship and professional development opportunities for pharmacy staff. Qualifications: Proven experience as a Director of Pharmacy or similar leadership role within a hospital setting. Strong knowledge of pharmacy operations, management principles, and regulatory requirements. Ability to effectively manage teams and foster a culture of continuous improvement. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Licensed Pharmacist in good standing; additional management certifications are a plus.
