Minimum Requirements:
- Active State Pharmacist license required to practice in KY.
- Minimum 6 months of pharmacist experience preferred.
- Experience with hospital pharmacy operations preferred, including medication dispensing, IV admixture, and sterile/compound medication procedures.
- Familiarity with electronic medical record systems and pharmacy information systems preferred.
- Ability to complete required facility orientation. Orientation sessions occur on the 1st and 3rd Monday of each month.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Prior experience in an acute care or community hospital setting.
- Experience with medication reconciliation and clinical pharmacy interventions.
- Completion of residency or advanced training preferred but not required.

- Shift occurs on Days.
- Orientation conducted at the facility as noted.
