Shift: 10:30 AM - 11:00 PM

Experience:

12 months of experience with 3 months worked in the last 12 months.

3 months of Epic experience is preferred.

Requirements:

Candidates must have a license (required after submission).

This role will require floating to multiple units

Pharmacist - Acute Care

Required Skills/Experience:1-3 years Pharmacist in acute care / critical care / teaching setting. Must be able to hit the ground running in a tertiary facility with patients that require a higher level of care.

Shift & Scheduling:

• Variable 4x10 Mon-Fri 10:30a-9p OR 12:30p-11p.
• Holidays: Rotating

5 days maximum time off. Facility holidays: 05/25/2026, 07/04/2026, 09/07/2026, 11/26/2026, 12/25/2026, 12/31/2026, 01/01/2027. Number of holidays allowed off: 1

2 Charge/Lead references required from within the last 12 months

Drivers license required

Certifications:

BCP (Board Certified Pharmacists)

BLS (Basic Life Support)
