The position offers a contract-to-hire pathway, providing the chance to showcase clinical acumen in a dynamic healthcare environment. Work Schedule: Monday through Friday Standard hours: 9:30 a.m. to 6:00 p.m. On-call rotation hours: 10:30 a.m. to 7:00 p.m. On-call duties occur every 7th weekend and approximately three times a week Location: Arlington, TX Key Responsibilities: Provide comprehensive clinical management of patient therapies, ensuring safe and effective medication use Participate in production duties, rotating through various pharmacy operational tasks Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to optimize patient outcomes Requirements: Current Texas Pharmacist License (required) IV Certification (required) Demonstrated infusion pharmacy experience Willingness to obtain Oklahoma Pharmacist License within six months of hire If you have a strong clinical background coupled with infusion experience and meet the licensing requirements, consider applying to contribute your expertise in patient-centered pharmaceutical care.
