Adecco Healthcare & Life Sciences is hiring a Senior Pharmacy Technician in Baton Rouge, LA! This role is onsite / in person. Please read below and with an updated resume for consideration:

Type: Four-month contract

Schedule: Monday through Friday, 8:30AM - 5:00PM

Pay: $22.00 - $24.50 per hour per based on experience

Responsibilities of the Pharmacy Technician:

Perform various duties related to the fulfillment of prescription orders.

Dispense any or all of the following: unit doses, specialty pharmaceuticals, injectables, IV, related supplies following state and federal regulations andpany policies and procedures.

Will process, pack and ship outgoing pharmacy orders, ensuring drug, related supplies and patient collateral (education materials) are included.

May also perform drug/supply ordering and inventory/warehouse duties, including proper storage of drugs and supplies and appropriate refrigeration of perishable product, monitor and adjust/calibrate pharmacy equipment, fill dispensing units.

Qualifications for the Pharmacy Technician:

High School Graduate or GED

Pharmacy Technician license in Louisiana

Pharmacy Technician experience preferably Home Infusion
