Company: Rx relief Location: Central Valley, CA Schedule: Full-time | Onsite Pay: $70.00 - $75.00 per hour, depending on experience About the Role Rx relief is seeking an experienced Pharmacist to support sterile production operations within a high-volume compounding pharmacy in the Central Valley, CA. This position plays a vital role in ensuring the quality, accuracy, and compliance of all sterile compounded medications prepared in accordance with USP Category 3 standards and applicable state and federal regulations. Primary Responsibilities Prepare sterile compounded medications, including large-batch productions Perform bubble point integrity testing and accurately maintain batch production logs Oversee aseptic technique and ensure adherence to USP standards Supervise and train pharmacy technicians involved in sterile compounding Review and verify compounding records for accuracy, completeness, and compliance Collaborate with Quality Assurance to address deviations and implement corrective actions Maintain proper gowning, environmental monitoring, and documentation per SOP and regulatory guidelines Requirements PharmD or BS in Pharmacy Active pharmacist license in the state of California 1-2 years of previous sterile compounding experience; USP Category 3 experience preferred Excellent attention to detail, communication, and leadership skills Join Rx relief today and play a key role in delivering safe, high-quality sterile compounded medications that make a difference in patient care.
