o Eligible candidates are hired (offer accepted) into a Full or Part time Pharmacy Technician position. Bonus amount prorated for Part time hires, per diem hires are ineligible.

o Current MaineHealth member employees are ineligible; former MaineHealth Members are ineligible until greater than 6 months separation from employment.

Summary:

Working in a supportive role under the direct supervision of the Pharmacist, the Pharmacy Technician - Retail role performs a variety of duties relating to medication preparation, storage, distribution, disposition, and related clerical tasks.

Required Minimum Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities (KSAs)

• Education: Associates Degree preferred.
• License/Certifications: Current or eligible for applicable state(s) license as a Pharmacy Technician required. CPhT or PTCB certificate preferred.
• Experience: Experience as a pharmacy technician or other healthcare related position preferred.
