This is a work from home opportunity completing remote order verification for health care facilities throughout the New England area, Ohio and Pennsylvania. Candidates must have an active pharmacist license in Connecticut, Massachusetts, Maine or Ohio to apply and willing to obtain additional licenses required for this role. Pharmacist must have reliable internet service, backup computer and equipment, as well as a dedicated home work space.

Cardinal Health Remote Pharmacy Services is currently searching for a highly energetic and clinically oriented pharmacist to join our remote pharmacy team. Pharmacists will utilize their clinical skills to remotely service our clients patients, and provide a top notch continuity of care.

+ Part Time, Work From Home, Remote Order Entry Staff Pharmacist II Position. 7on/7off Thursday Wednesday. Schedule: 6p 1030p EST

Responsibilities:

+ Remote order entry and CPOE order evaluation and verification

+ Physician and nursing consultations

+ Clinical medication dosing services

+ Review and monitoring of profiles and lab values for therapeutic outcomes

+ Coordinates access to medications according to facility policy and procedures, and in compliance with state and federal laws and regulations.
