Ohio Pharmacist License required

Dates of Coverage needed: 05/26/2026 - 08/14/2026

Coverage Hours needed: Monday-Friday 0700 - 1530 plus every 6th weekend

Order Entry System: Cerner (EHR); can train

Site Automation: Pyxis (Client)

Site Specialty Areas: Cancer Care & Infusion Pharmacy (not required to staff here)

Staff Size: RPh - 19, CPhT - 22

Job responsibilities: Verify inpatient medication orders, provide verification & oversight of compounding processes, attend codes, support nursing & provider staff in providing excellent medication management, dispensing of medications, providing patient education as needed

Tech support: prepare medications, deliver medications, and assist in the overall function of the Pharmacy.

1 day of Hospital Orientation is required prior to start; pharmacy training catered to experience level.
