Relocation assistance is available for qualified candidates. What You'll Do:
Review and verify medication orders accurately and efficiently
Dispense medications in a timely manner
Provide drug information and clinical support to providers and nursing staff
Perform pharmacist-managed consults and drug therapy monitoring per protocol
Document interventions through pharmacy systems and clinical surveillance programs
Support sterile compounding operations and ensure accurate aseptic preparation
Prepare high-risk medications, narcotic infusions, and chemotherapy agents
Participate in ambulatory care services, including collaborative practice agreements and population health initiatives
Rotate between inpatient staffing and ambulatory care responsibilities
What We're Looking For:
Active Pennsylvania Pharmacist license (or ability to obtain)
PharmD or BS in Pharmacy
PGY1 residency OR 3+ years of current clinical pharmacist experience
Ambulatory care and/or population health experience required
Hospital pharmacy experience required
Experience with sterile compounding and clinical monitoring
Comfortable working variable day/afternoon schedules
Experience with Meditech preferred
Strong communication and interdisciplinary collaboration skills
