Relocation assistance is available, and out-of-state pharmacists are encouraged to apply. What You'll Do:
Review and verify medication orders for appropriateness and safety
Provide clinical pharmacy services for ED and critical care patient populations
Participate in multidisciplinary rounds and collaborate with physicians and nursing staff
Perform pharmacist-managed consults and drug therapy monitoring per protocol
Support antimicrobial stewardship initiatives
Respond to acute care situations including:
Cardiac arrest
Stroke
Sepsis
Trauma cases
Provide drug information and clinical recommendations to healthcare teams
Contribute to patient-centered medication management and optimization
What We're Looking For:
Active Pennsylvania Pharmacist license OR ability to obtain
PharmD or BS in Pharmacy
PGY1 residency OR 3+ years of current clinical pharmacist experience
Critical care, ED, or inpatient clinical pharmacy experience required
Strong clinical judgment and interdisciplinary communication skills
Ability to work variable day/afternoon schedules
Experience with Meditech preferred
