Schedule/Hours: Variable days and afternoons 8-hour shifts Key Responsibilities: Provide clinical pharmacy services in an inpatient hospital setting specializing in pediatrics Utilize EPIC software for medication management and patient records Collaborate with healthcare teams to optimize medication therapies and ensure safe administration Participate in medication reconciliation and patient counseling Desired Experience & Qualifications: Experience as a clinical pharmacist in a hospital inpatient setting Familiarity with EPIC software or similar electronic health systems Training and qualifications on par with PGY1 residency standards preferred Strong work ethic and ability to adapt in a fast-paced environment This position offers the flexibility of both local and travel arrangements, with a temp-to-hire potential for those interested in long-term career growth.
