Experience:

12 months of experience with 3 months worked in the last 12 months.

12 months of travel experience is required.

3 months of Epic experience is required.

Requirements:

Candidates must have a license (required for submission).

This role may require floating to additional units and locations

Local & travel allowed. Candidates living Additional Details:

Seasonal Flu Vaccine is required if working during flu season (September 15-April 30th).

Must be fully vaccinated (exemptions are reviewed on a very limited basis).

Required Skills/Experience:Minimum 1-2 years of inpatient hospital pharmacy experience. Ability to review and interpret medication orders for safety and efficacy, oversight of pharmacy technician work (medication dispenses, IV compounds)

Required Credentials:Pharmacy degree required.Contingent/temp licensure is not accepted.Primary Source Verification of licensure/certification is required for application.

Shift & Scheduling:Days/eves rotation: 7:00am to 3:30pm or 2:00pm to 11:30pm.

Special Requests:No Block Scheduling for any Travelers at Salem.

7 days maximum time off

1 Manager/Supervisor reference required from within the last 4 years

1 reference required from within the last 4 years
