Staff Pharmacist - Compounding Pharmacy

$70-$82 per hour | Full-Time

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare compounded medications (sterile and non-sterile)

• Ensure compliance with USP standards and pharmacy regulations

• Verify prescription accuracy and maintain quality assurance procedures

• Collaborate with prescribers to support individualized treatment plans

• Supervise pharmacy technicians and support workflow efficiency

• Provide patient counseling and medication guidance

• Maintain accurate documentation and inventory controls

Qualifications

• Active Pharmacist license in good standing

• Compounding experience preferred (training available for the right candidate)

• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills

• Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities

• Ability to work independently and within a team environment
