Position Details: Education: Minimum requirement of Bachelor of Science (BS) or Doctor of Pharmacy (PharmD) in pharmacy degree from accredited school of pharmacy. Licensure: Requires a current pharmacist license from state of practice. Experience: Certifications: Other: Preferred Education: Preferred Licensure: Preferred Experience: Two or more years clinical experience and a PGY-1 residency is preferred. Preferred Certifications: Pharmacists practicing in Missouri must have a Medication Therapy Service Certificate as issued by the Missouri Board of Pharmacy within 90 days of start date.
