Schedule: Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM to 4:00 PM (No weekends)

Duration: Contract through June 13th

System: medDispense and Azalea Health (EHR) Key Responsibilities: Perform thorough checking and verification of medication orders and dispenses to ensure patient safety Conduct pharmaceutical controls and maintain accurate records Work autonomously as the solo pharmacist with backup from pharmacy technicians Support the behavioral health/psychiatric care team with medication-related needs Qualifications and Desired Experience: Active licensure as a Pharmacist with appropriate credentials to practice in Mississippi Experience in retail pharmacy is acceptable; hospital or behavioral health background is a plus but not required Ability to work independently and confidently manage pharmacy operations Familiarity or willingness to learn medDispense and Azalea Health systems Strong attention to detail and commitment to patient safety This position welcomes candidates who need training and offers a unique chance to work in a focused behavioral health environment with supportive pharmacy technician assistance.
