Position Summary CVS Health has an opportunity to welcome new members to the closed-door Central Fill facility in Richardson, TX. Pharmacy clerks will partner closely with the Pharmacists and Pharmacy Technicians to coordinate, assemble, and package customer orders for shipment. Pharmacy Clerks will also assist with stocking supplies and other tasks associated with the department. You will play an integral role in shipping a high volume of prescriptions, while working with an engaged team of pharmacists and technicians. Pharmacy clerks: Partner and work closely with shipping vendors. Follow proper protocols to assure accuracy, as you sort and load outgoing pharmacy deliveries Collaborate with internal teammates and pharmacists to complete necessary orders and identify opportunities for improvement as a team. We offer: - Full-time benefits including: o Health o Dental o Vision o 401k o And more! - Career Advancement Opportunities Required Qualifications Ability to read, write and understand English Must have a good understanding of U.S. geography (location of states) Must possess ability to apply basic mathematical concepts such as addition, subtraction, multiplication and division to daily inventory and distribution processes Requires the ability to interpret and apply policies, procedures, and instructions Excellent organizational skills, ability to prioritize, and to manage time efficiently Must be able to stand, walk and lift for up to ten hours daily Ability to reach, twist, turn, bend, stoop and walk Preferred Qualifications Previous experience in a pharmacy environment Education High school diploma or equivalent Anticipated Weekly Hours 30 Time Type Full time Pay Range The typical pay range for this role is: $15.00 - $19.00 This pay range represents the base hourly rate or base annual full-time salary for all positions in the job grade within which this position falls.
