Key Responsibilities: Dispense and verify prescription medications accurately within a high-volume retail environment, managing an inbound script load of 200-300 prescriptions daily. Collaborate effectively with a team of pharmacy technicians and pharmacists to ensure smooth workflow and exceptional patient service. Utilize Prime RX software for order entry and prescription processing. Maintain compliance with all pharmacy regulations and safety standards. Provide knowledgeable and compassionate counseling to patients regarding medication use. Qualifications & Desired Experience: Valid pharmacist licensure with experience in retail pharmacy settings. Preferred experience with Prime RX pharmacy management software. Ohio pharmacy technician license is required for this role. Strong organizational and communication skills. Ability to handle a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks efficiently.
