Shift: Day and Evening Rotion
Pay: $59.80 - $83.72 / hour. Pay is dependent on applicant's relevant experience
This position is an onsite role and does not offer a hybrid or remote option
Position Summary:
We are seeking a versile and self-directed Pharmacist to support both our inpient and outpient pharmacy services. This role requires a high level of autonomy, sound clinical judgment, and the ability to manage responsibilities independently while maintaining strong communicion with the broader care team
Minimum Requirements:
Preferences :
Active pharmacist licensure in Colorado and Wyoming (or eligibility to obtain both).
Experience in inpient and/or outpient pharmacy practice, with a willingness to learn and cross-train into the other setting.
Comfort working independently, with the initiive to make informed decisions and manage workflow with minimal supervision.
Strong collaborion skills to ensure seamless coordinion with providers, nurses, and pharmacy colleagues when needed.
Flexibility in scheduling, as shifts may include day, evening, or night hours, along with participion in an inpient weekend rotion.

Clinical Pharmacist:

- Provide drug informion and counseling to pients and caregivers regarding medicion use, accure dosage, potential side effects, and administrion instructions
- Stay current with upded medicion formularies, new drug therapies, trement protocols, and emerging medical research through continuous professional development and clinical educion
- Communice with physicians, nurses, and other healthcare professionals to facilite collaborive care to ensure optimal outcomes
