Category Pharmacy - Staff Pharmacist Job Type Contract A rewarding opportunity is available for experienced retail pharmacists to join a dynamic per diem team supporting multiple pharmacy locations in the Central California region. This role provides an engaging schedule and the chance to work within a well-organized pharmacy network known for strong management and dedicated support staff. Location: Central California area with primary sites near Selma, Fresno, Parlier, Reedley, Sanger, Kerman, Orange Cove, and Madera. Some locations allow mileage reimbursement for travel. Schedule: Monday through Friday shifts 20+ shifts per month, approximately 3-4 shifts per week Almost full-time hours available Key Responsibilities: Manage medium to high volume retail pharmacy prescriptions efficiently Utilize Rx30 software for dispensing and record keeping Collaborate with experienced pharmacy technicians who provide bilingual support Float among several locations within a manageable 30-40 minute commute radius Deliver exceptional patient care and ensure accurate medication dispensing Qualifications & Desired Experience: Minimum of 6 months retail pharmacy practice experience California pharmacist license in good standing Proficiency with Rx30 software preferred Spanish language skills strongly preferred but not mandatory Flexibility to commute daily within designated site areas Benefits & Perks: Competitive compensation with a recent rate increase Supportive team environment with well-managed sites Mileage reimbursement available for select locations This is a contract position ideal for pharmacists seeking a varied schedule across multiple pharmacy sites with strong operational support.
