Summary

JOB SUMMARY:

• The certified pharmacy technician provides assistance in the specialty area of the pharmacy by providing safe and approprie pharmacy services to pients in accordance with the policies and procedures of the Outpient pharmacy department, the stes professional standards and other regulory entities.
• Complete prior authorizions, da entry, packaging, inventory, cashier

JOB REQUIREMENTS:

• Formal working knowledge; equivalent to an Associe's degree (2 years college); requires knowledge of a specialized field
• Minimum one year experience
• Registered and certified with the Maryland board of pharmacy
• Prior experience with Therigy specialty system a plus
