Position: Pharmaceutical Sales Representative

Compensation: 100% Commission-Based

Vital Guard Pharma is seeking motivated and driven Sales Representatives to help expand our customer base and establish relationships with pharmacies and healthcare providers.

This position offers flexibility for representatives who prefer to work remotely through outbound cold calling or in the field by visiting pharmacies and potential clients in person.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

Conduct outbound cold calls to prospective customers and pharmacies
Visit pharmacies and healthcare facilities to introduce company products and services
Generate and qualify leads
Build and maintain professional relationships with clients
Present products and services to prospective customers
Follow up on leads and sales opportunities
Meet or exceed sales goals and performance targets

REQUIREMENTS:

Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Sales experience preferred but not required
Self-motivated and goal-oriented
Comfortable making cold calls
Reliable transportation for field sales activities
Professional attitude and appearance

TOOLS & LEADS PROVIDED:

Sales representatives will be provided with sales materials, product information, training, and qualified leads to support their success.
Ongoing support will be provided by the Vital Guard Pharma team.

COMPENSATION:

100% Commission-Based
No Hourly Wage or Base Salary
Earn up to $2,500 per successfully contracted pharmacy
Unlimited Earning Potential
Growth opportunities available for high-performing representatives

WORK OPTIONS:

Remote (Cold Calling)
Field Sales (Visiting Pharmacies and Prospective Clients)
Combination of both methods encouraged
