Pharmacy - Pharmacy Technician

Shift: 6:00 AM - 2:30 PM

Experience:

12 months of experience with 3 months worked in the last 12 months.

Experience with Epic is preferred.

Requirements:

Candidates must have a license (required after submission).

This role may require floating to additional units and locations

Travel only, local not allowed. Candidates must live >50 miles from facility to be submitted.

COVID vaccination required after submission. Religious and medical declinations accepted.

COVID booster required after submission. Religious, medical, and personal declinations accepted.

No current placement allowed at Program: Staffency Program - Aspirus.

Additional Details:

An interview with the unit manager may not be available prior to offer. If you do not interview with the unit manager, you may interview with a third-party clinical nurse manager.

Required Skills/Experience:1 year of IV room experience required - the candidate will be working in the oncology center IV roomHazardous drug/chemotherapy IV compounding experience and compounding parenteral nutrition TPN experience needed (Total Parental Nutrition)

Preferred Skills/Experience:Knowledge of Abacus/Baxa compounding software and Repeater pump beneficial, Simplifi/SoleSource software

Required Credentials:Associates Degree or Certificate

Preferred Credentials:Media Fill test Certification is preferred.

Unit/Facility Details:During Flu Season any traveler that declines to be flu and covid vaccinated will be required to wear a mask at all times. There is no exception to this Aspirus policy. Failure to adhere to the policy will result in corrective action.

Shift & Scheduling:Weekend/Holiday: Every third weekend and holiday rotation

Floating Requirements:May be required to float to other Central Aspirus locations if needed

9 days maximum time off

1 Charge/Lead reference required from within the last 3 years

1 Manager/Supervisor reference required from within the last 12 months

Proof of identification required
