Job Summary

Works closely with leaders to ensure successful planning and implementation for identified strategic and operational projects and goals. Provides facilitation for projects, analytical support to track and monitor progress towards established outcomes, and reports key operational and strategic measures. Serves as point of contact for strategic, financial and business processes on behalf of leaders.

  • Bachelor's Degree required.
  • Master's Degree preferred.
  • 2+ years of leadership experience required.
  • 5+ years of leadership experience in a health care environment with strong financial knowledge preferred.
  • Successful completion of an administrative fellowship through Childrens Wisconsin may be accepted in lieu of formal leadership experience.
  • Demonstrated ability in facilitating and leading cross-functional teams.
  • Demonstrated skills in financial feasibility and business planning, including proforma development.
  • Working knowledge of EPIC and associated reporting functionalities.
  • Advanced skills in Microsoft Excel, Word, and Power Point.
  • Advanced oral and written communication skills.
  • Strong interpersonal skills.
  • Demonstrated experience in working collaboratively with groups or teams.
  • Demonstrated ability to confront and creatively manage conflict.
  • Ability to work collaboratively with employees at all levels of the organization.
