Thrifty White Pharmacy is a 100% employee owned mid-sized pharmacy chain that is committed to smaller communities in the Midwest. Our employee owners, most of whom are Pharmacists, have helped us become a national leader in innovation and in helping patients adhere to their medications.

We pioneered the MedSync™ program which synchronizes patient’s medication refills to improve medication adherence. The results of this initiative have been staggering with over 54,000 Thrifty White patients on MedSync™, with an average of 355 days of adherence to their prescribed medication therapy each year. Our central fill site located in Fargo, ND frees up the pharmacy staff’s time and allows Pharmacists to use their clinical skills and get involved in the community.
