Software Developer Our client is seeking a skilled Software Developer to join their collaborative development team focused on enhancing functionality within a .NET codebase. The ideal candidate brings a proactive mindset, strong technical expertise, and a commitment to continuous improvement within an Agile environment. This role is a hybrid work model in Vancouver, Washington. Software Developer Responsibilities Collaborate within a team environment to develop and enhance .NET-based applications. Contribute to software development initiatives and regularly provide progress updates. Participate in identifying, troubleshooting, and resolving software issues. Support the evolution of software development practices, tools, and methodologies. Follow established coding standards to ensure consistent and maintainable code. Software Developer Qualifications Minimum of 4 years of professional software development experience. Strong understanding of Agile and Scrum methodologies. Proficient in .NET development and comfortable navigating evolving priorities. Demonstrated ability to work collaboratively and follow team development practices. Familiar with DevOps principles and modern deployment workflows. Preferred Experience Proficiency with C#, MVC, SQL, and Entity Framework. Experience with LINQ, jQuery, Kendo, and Telerik components. Familiarity with Git, CI/CD pipelines, and YAML configuration. Working knowledge of HTML5 and CSS3. Experience creating written test plans and practicing test-driven development. Solid background in unit testing and integration testing. Salary: $120K-$140K/year.
