You will also engage in pharmacokinetic evaluations, contributing your expertise to enhance medication management and patient outcomes. Experience with Cerner and Omnicell systems is essential. Key qualifications and experience include: Active California pharmacist license Minimum of 1 year recent inpatient pharmacy experience Proficiency in clinical pharmacy procedures and collaborative patient care Familiarity with Cerner and Omnicell pharmacy information systems Strong communication and supervisory skills Location: San Luis Obispo, CA - an area known for its beautiful coastal surroundings and high quality of life.
