Summary

Clinical Pharmacist specializing in the management of pients with pain and Opioid Use Disorder (OUD). This position serves as the pain management expert, developing effective individualized pain management trement plans, and collaboring with other healthcare professionals across the health-system to establish order sets and policies, providing guidance and educion to promote and advance pain management and opioid stewardship activities. The successful candide will provide guidance on management of withdrawal and acute pain in pients with opioid use disorder and will lead the pain stewardship activities for the facility while collaboring with pharmacists and other healthcare professionals across the Lifebridgehealth (LBH) System on various pharmacy and multidisciplinary committees.

Beyond direct pient care, the successful candide will have opportunities to serve as a mentor and educor for pharmacy residents, pharmacy students, pharmacy staff and healthcare professionals across other disciplines. Responsibilities also include areas of regulory compliance, quality improvement, formulary management, drug informion, practice advancement, process development and coordinion of associed EHR enhancements.

Requirements :

PharmB or MScPhm or PharmD

PGY-1 residency or two post-gradue practice years of direct pient care experience

Pharmacist License - Current Maryland license or eligibility to obtain Maryland license
