Pharmacist - Travel Job

Minimum Requirements:

• Current California Board of Pharmacy license required. License must be attached to submission.
• Current BLS certification through the American Heart Association required. Certificate must be attached to submission.
• Five years recent pharmacy managerial experience in a hospital setting preferred. This is preferred, not required.
• Pharmacist experience performing dispensing and clinical pharmacy functions.
• Experience supervising pharmacy staff, including scheduling and workflow oversight.
• Familiarity with regulatory compliance, quality assurance, and performance improvement in a hospital pharmacy.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience as Pharmacist in Charge or Pharmacy Manager as defined by a State Board of Pharmacy.
• Experience developing and implementing standard operating procedures and staff training programs.

Assignment Details

• Shift Hours: 0800-1700.
• Shift Days: Monday - Friday.
• Manager position. No scheduled on-call shifts. Availability by phone for issues is required.
